Launching a Thought-Leading Organization
RELAUNCH STRATEGY AND IMPLEMENTATION
I led an 8-person team to design and implement a relaunch strategy for a nonprofit organization focused on improving air quality through transportation electrification in Houston, TX.
Phase 1: Rebrand
In collaboration with a branding agency, we worked through the brand guidelines fundamentals (mission, vision, values) to redesign the logo, define the voice, and develop a new, influential identity. The process included internal and external surveys, focus groups, and multiple iterations at each stage.
Phase 2: Custom Website
To reflect the brand and finalized messaging, I managed the build of a custom website. This included the oversight of the sitemap, the visual design, and copywriting.
Phase 3: Relaunch Event
To introduce the new look and direction of the organization, I coordinated a team to host a relaunch event resulting in nearly 1k registrations, representing over 400 organizations. The event delivered the latest information regarding the EV industry and how the organization is leading within its region. The speaker lineup included a number of influential speakers, including the Mayor of Houston, and panel discussions focused on the latest trends and topics.
DIGITAL MARKETING
YouTube Series
I led a team to produce and direct three educational YouTube series about electric vehicles. The process included video ideation, script writing, sourcing actors/participants, and post-production editing.
To promote the videos, the team and I built a communications strategy to optimize distribution across multiple regional organizations and communities through various digital channels (newsletters, email blasts, paid ads, social media, etc.)
The series received ~35K collective views.

EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING
Consumer Events
I have led or supported the planning of event footprints that encouraged genuine connections between consumers and brands across Canada and in Houston, TX for automotive portfolios. This included, Toyota, Lexus, and eMobility initiatives.
I take a tactical approach to event planning to ensure timelines and budgets are appropriately allocated. It is important to me to maintain clear and consistent communication and to achieve set goals.

BRAND MARKETING
Website Development
I managed a website development agency to efficiently work through the sitemap development, wireframe development, copywriting, and the overall strategic design process of two websites.
The first website required an approachable and collaborative design which served educational purposes. The second website aimed to generate new leads and required a professional appearance showcasing previous projects and the team's capabilities.
